Life Groups

Pastoral care begins in Life Groups

God's given us the mission of transforming lives in our communities through knowing and growing in relationship with Jesus. To achieve this we worship together, do life together, and serve together. Here at East Park, we do life together in Life Groups. To find out more about Life Groups click here.

Young Adults Ministry

Our Young Adults ministry offers connection with other people in the same age/stage of life through events, gatherings, or small get-togethers.

We meet every other Sunday at 1pm. Please check the calendar for exact dates, click here. Young adult/college years (18 and up) can be a confusing stage of life. You’re not alone. Our desire is to connect you with other young adults who are on a similar journey and explore those deeper questions about God, life and meaning. We keep it simple and think you’ll feel relaxed and welcomed.

For more information and upcoming events contact Ben Kingdon.

Prayer

We are people who believe in the power of prayer.  We understand that God wants us to present our requests to Him, He wants us to gather and pray for each other.  To find out more about our prayer ministry click here.

Life Long Learning

We offer courses throughout the year to grow in our relationship with Christ and each other.  For more details on the courses currently available click here.

Men’s Basketball

All skill levels welcome.  Join us as we exercise, have fun and pray together at Pacific Middle School on Tuesdays from 8:00 to 10:00pm.  We ask that you contribute $5 when you come to help with the cost of the gym.  If you have any questions about Men’s Basketball contact Jim Adams.

Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen people’s connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ-honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship and wellness.

We currently have classes on Wednesdays at 10:00am and 6:30pm in the Clubhouse.

For more information contact Beth Salstrom.

Hope for Families

Hope for Families is a support group for those who know the feeling of desperation concerning the drug addiction of a family member.  We have traveled this path too, and found help, acceptance, hope and encouragement.  At Hope for Families you are no longer alone, but with people who have lived through similar trials and understand as few others could.  Some of us continue to watch a loved-one’s struggle with addiction.

When we meet, we support each other by sharing our experiences, failures, victories, strength and hope.  Our prayer is that in this group you will find assurance that no situation is too grim, and no unhappiness is too great to be overcome.  There IS hope!
