Dave Lawson

Lead Pastor

Dave Lawson worked in the Architectural industry while voluntarily leading youth ministry before becoming a pastor for the past 20 years—15 as a lead pastor (in Seattle and New Zealand) and 5 as a youth pastor. Kim has been his long-suffering bride for 23 years and they have 3 children, Jordan, Ash and Noah. Dave is passionate about making Biblical truths accessible to help people have a transformative relationship with God, and about developing leaders to fulfill the mission of the church.

Dave considers the 80’s to have been the pinnacle of human development—especially in the fields of fashion and music. He has a mild addiction to sport, and loves to read, sing loudly to power ballads, and spend time with his family.

ben kingdon

youth pastor

Ben and Ashley Kingdon grew up in Memphis, TN. In high school they served in their youth ministry in different capacities and attended Global University in 2006. In September 2007 they moved to Florida’s Space Coast to help plant a church with their youth pastor from Memphis. Ben’s primary role for 9 years was Children’s Pastor. Ashley also served on staff for 8 years before deciding to stay home with their daughter, Piper in 2015.

In early 2016 God began calling the Kingdon’s to the Pacific Northwest. Their hearts break for youth in the region and God has called them to respond in love. They believe that youth is the most defining moments in your walk with Jesus and often projects who you become. Ben loves connecting with people and seeing God in the small details of their lives. He’s passionate about being relevant and creating a place where all can belong.

The Kingdons spend their time adventuring around new areas with their kids Piper and Elliott, reading fiction, watching movies, and finding new and exciting restaurants. They’re excited about their new life in the Pacific Northwest and all that God is calling them to.

During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family by going to the beach with her family or enjoying the sun any chance they get.
